Real Colors
Real Colors® is a dynamic workshop experience using a personality type assessment, a user-friendly intuitive tool that identifies four personality types common to all people. Participants will gain an understanding of the four Colors (personality types), discover where they fall on the spectrum, learn how to communicate with each color type, and appreciate the uniqueness of each color. Participants will begin to see the world from a new perspective – and have fun doing it!

Through the Real Colors. Real Leadership workshop managers and supervisors will learn how to break out of the traditional management mold, identify the way they are naturally inclined to manage and discover ways others are most effectively managed. Specific techniques will help participants discover their personal management style and learn how to successfully motivate and lead others, based on each person’s individual style. Get Time on Your Side is an interactive workshop that gives participants the skills to get their lives on track by addressing five key areas: Setting personal goals, planning and scheduling, eliminating time-robbers and tackling procrastination, establishing priorities, , and developing self-discipline. Seize the Day
Each person has been “wired” to make unique and effective contributions to the world, but many people are not aware of their potential, or they have not had the tools to develop it. Many live day to day without a sense of overarching purpose and without a plan to become their best selves. Often they have a sense that life has more for them, but they never get around to really exploring or developing the “more.” Seize the Day is an interactive workshop packed with information and activities to guide participants in discovering their life purpose. Rooted in a Biblical point of view, it will help participants discover their intrinsic motivations, individual strengths, and unique design. Transformational Leadership
The traditional style of top-down leadership is going by the wayside in favor of a process that raises both leaders and followers to higher levels of motivation and participation in the vision and mission of an organization. The Transformational Leadership workshop investigates three types of influence, the three frameworks of leadership, the four common styles of managing others, and uniqueness of the transformational approach. Participants will learn the characteristics of a transformational leader and the effect that emotional intelligence has on effectively relating to followers. Participants will learn how to be an agent for change and help others to do the same.
